The Project: A Complete Deck Overhaul
The goal was to remove and replace the existing decking and railings, ensuring a refreshed, long-lasting outdoor space. We began by carefully removing the old materials and inspecting the underlying structure. To guarantee structural integrity, we reframed areas as needed, adding blocking for extra support and applying butyl protective joist tape to shield the joists from moisture and wear. This meticulous preparation ensures the deck’s durability for years to come.
Premium Materials, Expert Execution
For the decking, we installed TimberTech Advanced PVC in a rich English Walnut finish, a material known for its low maintenance and superior resistance to the elements. The warm, sophisticated tone of the decking elevates the aesthetic while offering unbeatable performance. We paired this with custom returns on crisp white Azek fascia, creating a polished, seamless look that highlights our commitment to precision.
